At Southwood, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original Southwood boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
